Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery

We endeavour to process all orders within one full working day, where we have available stock of an item we will do our utmost to provide next day delivery of goods. Our standard shipment time is 1-3 working days, if you do require next day delivery please contact our Sales Dept at sales@easiliving.com

Smaller products will be delivered by Royal Mail. Products that weigh more than 2kg or classed as high value items will be delivered by one of our national couriers. Some products require installation by one of our Mobility Technicians to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your product(s). Where this is the case delivery will be actioned by a EasiLiving employee, e.g. large mobility scooters, riser/recliner chairs or electric beds. Deliveries typically take up to 7 working days. It is the customers responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery with all necessary provisions being made before delivery takes place. EasiLiving will not be held responsible for any damage incurred due to inadequate access.

Returns & Exchanges

NOTE: Your statutory rights are not affected in any way

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR’s) EasiLiving.com gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be cancelled after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return or exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost but will receive a full refund for the product purchased providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact Customer Services at sales@easiliving.com for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
Please note that products returned without a clearly identified (RAN) will be shipped back to the customer. Returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. If products are not in a re-saleable condition on return EasiLiving reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to EasiLiving.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of goods.

Guarantee

The majority of our products are guaranteed for twelve months by the manufacturer. However, some products are guaranteed for longer e.g. Rise and Recline Chairs, Stair Lifts etc. Our warranty does not cover items used outside of Mainland UK and does not include the reimbursement for the hire of a replacement product.
